Parish Emergency Preparedness Taskforce (PEPT)

CDM is one of the parishes that have formed a PEPT to oversee and implement all aspects of safety and security.

Within the PEPT are two teams of volunteers:

1) Church Emergency Response Team (CERT) members trained to provide first aid and respond to any fire outbreak before the arrival of SCDF.

2) Close Protection Unit (CPU) members trained to provide close protection to our clergy and religious leaders.

At weekend Masses and other congregational services, our Hospitality Ministers (HMs) are also tasked with maintaining a safe environment, which includes:

(i) ensuring that no one stands in the aisles;
(ii) no bags or large items are placed in the aisles.

Anyone who needs assistance can approach any of the HMs; and we seek your cooperation.
